Saraswati Devi Jaiswal v. Lakhmi Pal & ORS
05.01.2024 S.L. 19 Ct. No.655 C.O. 4514 of 2015 KB IA No. CAN 1 of 2016 (Old No. CAN 5222 of 2016) Smt. Saraswati Devi Jaiswal -Versus- Smt. Lakhmi Pal & Ors.
Petitioner is not represented.
There is no representation on behalf of the opposite parties.
It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 8th October, 2015 passed by the learned trial Court.
It further appears that during pendency of this revisional application, sole petitioner was died.
An application has been taken out on behest of the heirs/legal representatives of the deceased petitioner for substitution. Any way, it appears that the matter is pending since 2015 and there is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner has lost interest to proceed with the present revisional application.
Accordingly, the revisional application is dismissed for default.
Consequently any application, if pending, filed in connection with this case is also dismissed for default. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
There will be no order as to costs.
