1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Allegations in the FIR show petitioners are the members of an unlawful assembly who forcibly took away the arrested accused who was in control and custody of the police.

3. In view of the daring nature of the crime, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
