2. We are not inclined to accept the submission made on behalf of the writ petitioner that the order directed the applicant to pay the hostel fees as well.

3. The tuition fees collected along with interest has been refunded in terms of the order dated 15th January, 2025.

4. In view thereof, the review application being RVW 374 of 2024 along with stay petition being CAN 2 of 2025 stand disposed of.
