1. Status report filed by the State, be kept with the records.

2. The petitioner says that he has been falsely implicated. He is in custody for more than 300 days. The medical report does not corroborate the prosecution case of he having ravished the victim girl. He prays for bail.

3. Learned State counsel has shown us the deposition of the victim girl who has already been examined before the learned Trial Court. She, in very clear terms, narrates the incident and implicates this petitioner. The medical report also prima facie corroborates the prosecution case.

4. In view of the seriousness of the charge and the prima facie incriminating material, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.

5. CRM (DB) 24 of 2025 is dismissed.
