Commercial quantity of narcotics were recovered from the joint possession of the petitioner.

Police filed charge sheet.

Period of custody of the petitioner is slightly in excess of eleven months.

In such circumstances, we are of the view that the petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS, Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.

7.

CRM (NDPS) 2021 of 2024 is dismissed.
