Police case is dated April 11, 2024.

Court is informed that, six accuseds are still absconding and, therefore, charges could not be framed.

Commercial quantity of contraband was seized from the joint possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is unable to overcome the restrictions under Section 37 of the NDPS Act, 1985.

Consequently, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. 8.

CRM (NDPS) 2026 of 2024 is dismissed.
