Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits there is a civil dispute amongst parties. An order of injunction has been passed against de facto complainant and his associates. Petitioner is a lady and had suffered severe injuries in the skirmish. She was also hospitalized. Accordingly, she prays for anticipatory bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. There is a civil dispute between the parties. It is contended an order of injunction has been passed against de facto complainant and his associates. Over this issue a fight ensued. Petitioner had suffered injuries and was hospitalized. Subsequently she lodged a counter case. She is not the principal accused. Accordingly, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her. Signed By :

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that she shall appear before the jurisdictional court and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks from date.
