Petitioner submits he has been falsely implicated due to political rivalry. Accordingly, he prays for anticipatory bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Victim is a 14-year-old girl. She stated petitioner who is her uncle had taken advantage of the absence of her parents and raped her. 4.

In view of the nature of allegation involving rape on a minor by a relative, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail. 5.
