Considering the nature of relief prayed for service is dispensed with.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of with the direction that the Debts Recovery Tribunal-III, Kolkata, shall make all endeavour to dispose of the proceedings before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, within a period of six months from the date of communication of this order.

There will be no order as to costs.
