Matter relates to mutual transfer of the petitioners and in support of same a document which is at page 35 of the writ petition is relied upon wherefrom it appears that application was made for mutual transfer.

It is submitted by learned advocates representing the parties that in case of mutual transfer if steps are taken by the teachers on the portal by making necessary application and conveying acceptance in that event such application needs to be considered by the concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission.

Accordingly the Chairman of West Bengal Central School Service commission being respondent no. 4 is directed to consider the mutual transfer application of the petitioners in accordance with law by eight weeks from the date of communication of this order and the decision to be taken by the Chairman of the Commission shall be communicated to the petitioner by one week thereafter. Writ petition stands disposed of.
