Learned Advocate for the petitioner No. 2 appeared and prays for dismissal of this revisional application on the ground that the trial being Trial No. 37 of 2016 initiated upon the charge-sheet filed on December 28, 2016 under Sections 341/506/354/354B/504/34 IPC against Muzzaffar Ali, Naser Ali and Naushad Ali upon which Trial No. 37 of 2016 was started and all the accused persons including the petitioner No. 2 were acquitted from the charges levelled them.

Learned Advocate for the State submits a status report dated March 15, 2024 which also reveals that the trial of said case has been ended into an acquittal of the accused on February 7, 2015. They prayed for dismissal of this revisional application as it becomes infructuous after the acquittal of petitioners. Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 4192 of 2015 is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Interim application, if any, stands dismissed. Department is directed to supply a xerox copy of revisional

application to the State.
