Learned advocate for the petitioners prays for dispose of this revisional application on the basis of this report as infructuous.

Learned advocate for the opposite party no.2 appears virtually. He has also submitted that present proceeding be disposed of as infructuous due to filing of FRT. Let this revisional application be disposed of as infructuous in the light of FRT submitted by IO in connection with Park Street PS Case No. 347 dated 14th September, 2015 under Sections 120B/34/406/420 of IPC corresponding to G.R. Case No.2104 of 2015 on 11th February, 2016 before the Ld. CMM, Court, Calcutta vide FRT No. 15 of 2016.
