It appears from the status report of Khardah P.S. case no. 146 dated 20.03.2009 under Section 147/148/447/380/506(ii)/504/34 I.P.C that G.R. case no. 1001/2009 arising out of aforesaid case has already been disposed of by the order of learned Judicial Magistrate 5th Court, Barrackpore dated 22.10.2019, whereby the accused/petitioner has been acquitted from the aforesaid charges.

In this revisional application, the dated 16.10.2017, of Ld. Judicial Magistrate, 5th Court, Barrackpore was challenged. Whereby, Ld. Magistrate has rejected his prayer for reinvestigation of the case. After passing the order of acquittal of the accused persons form the charges nothing remains therein to challenge. The grievance of the petitioner is now

settled. In the changed circumstances, this revisional application, now became redundant.

In view of the said disposal the interest of petitioner whatever he had in this revisional application is evaporated by now.

Therefore, the instant revisional application CRR 4196/2015 is dismissed as infructuous.

The attached application/applications, if any, is/are also disposed of accordingly.

Interim order, if any stands vacated.

Urgent Xerox certified copy, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all legal formalities.
