In the writ petition, writ petitioner has expressed grievance that in the list of successful candidates who were permitted to appear before the concerned authority of West Bengal Central School Service Commission for physical verification in connection with 1st State Level Selection Test, 2016 (Upper Primary) para teacher though name of the petitioner is appearing at serial no.641 but different roll number is mentioned. Considering the case made out in the writ petition, the concerned authority of the Commission was permitted to file a report and from paragraph 4(g) of the report it transpires that the candidate against serial no.641 is not the petitioner but another candidate of same name and category as a result whereof there was
mismatch in roll number. It is also disclosed in the report by the Commission that father's name and residential address of the candidate whose name featured at serial no.641 is different from those particulars of the petitioner.
Statements made in paragraph 4(g) of the report are dealt with in paragraph 6 of the exception filed on behalf of the petitioner but no statements are made in the relevant part of the exception in order to vindicate that petitioner was the candidate whose name featured against serial no.641.
In view of aforesaid, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
Hence, writ petition stands dismissed.
There shall be no order as to costs.
Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
