The petitioner seeks intra-district transfer on self medical grounds and her child medical grounds. In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., Murshidabad shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner's and her child from the CMOH, Murshidabad and forward the same along with comments to the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner's and her child and if satisfied, the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The Writ petition being WPA 30911 of 2024 is accordingly disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, the allegations made in the writ petition are deemed to have been denied.
