1. The petitioner is aggrieved by certain action on the part of Aadhar Housing Finance Limited.

2. The aforesaid respondent cannot be treated as an authority under Article 12 of the Constitution of India.

3. The writ petition against such private entity, not being maintainable, the writ petition stands dismissed.

4. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
