The grievance of the petitioner is that, the petitioner is unable to enter the residence. To that effect, informations have been furnished with the police authorities, however, no steps have been taken. Petitioner further submits that number of complaints have been initiated.

State has submitted a report. Report reflects that on the basis of the information furnished by the private respondent, Regent Park PS Case No. 290 dated 18.12.2024 was registered for

investigation under the relevant provisions of BNS. Report of the Officer-in-Charge, Regent Park Police Station reflects that the allegations made by the petitioner against the respondent no. 5 have been substantiated.

Be that as it may, the police authorities would ensure that no breach of the peace and/or tranquility takes place. So far as the petitioner is concerned, petitioner would approach the appropriate forum for necessary remedies in case she is unable to enter her residence.

Police authorities would also ensure that further no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the parties. With the aforesaid observations WPA 31028 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
