1. This application has been filed for relaxation of the condition upon the petitioners pursuant to the direction passed by the learned Bench for granting bail on 4th March, 2025.

2. The Prosecution filed a report, which prima facie shows that the petitioners are complying with all the directions and no other complaint is there against the accused person. That apart, the next date is fixed for argument 17 witnesses have already been examined.

3. Therefore, in view of the facts and circumstances of the case the prayer stands allowed and the condition was imposed to meet the I.O. once in a week is hereby waived. The other condition was remain in force till the judgment is delivered.

4. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
