The petitioner claims to be working as Health Assistant (Female) with the Health Directorate of the State.

Mr. Shamil Ul Bari, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, referring to Annexure P-4 at Page31 to the writ petition submits that the petitioner has made a prayer for transfer of her working place. The claim of the petitioner has not been decided. Mr. Sudipto Panda, learned State counsel submits that there is a circular No. HNG/9T-6A2015/116 dated January 29, 2024, which holds the filed. He further submits that the petitioner is required to apply through Online Official Portal. He submits that since the petitioner has not applied through

Online Portal, the question of consideration of petitioner's claims did not arise, as there is no valid application submitted by the petitioner in the eye of law. Mr. Panda, learned State counsel further submits that the Online Portal is in operation and active. In view of the above, the petitioner shall be at liberty to apply through the Online Portal claiming her transfer.

In the event, such application is made, the appropriate and jurisdictional authority shall consider the same strictly in accordance with law, expeditiously.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the claim of the petitioner.

On the above terms, this writ petition, WPA 30958 of 2024 stands disposed of, without any order as to costs.
