1. Heard learned lawyers for the parties.

2. We have considered the materials on record. Gold ornaments and valuables of the de facto complainant had been stolen from train. Custodial interrogation of the petitioner to recover the stolen property is necessary.

3. Hence, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
