We have considered the materials on record. Petitioners are the in-laws of the victim-wife. It is alleged she was induced to marry on the false representation that her husband is employed as a manager of a tea garden. Allegations of cruelty against the petitioners are general and omnibus.

Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to them.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners viz., (1) Gyanendra Sarkar, (2) Chanchala Sarkar,

(3) Sangita Sarkar @ Sangita Mandal and (4) Pijush Mandal@ Piyush be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Signed By :
