We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner is a member of an organized crime syndicate. He has criminal antecedents and is a habitual offender.

Keeping in mind these aspects, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation is necessary for recovery of stolen property and this is not a fit case to grant anticipatory bail. 5.
