...for the State Petitioner informed the officer-in-charge on or about 25.10.2024 relating to the status quo order passed by the civil court in T.S, 02 of 2024 being violated.

State has submitted its report which reflects that police authority had conducted an inquiry and drew up proceeding under Section 126 of BNSS on or about 30.11.2024.

Learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as the State submits that at present there has been no disturbance or interference on behest of the private respondent.

In view of the aforesaid, I direct that if fresh inconveniences are faced by the petitioner, the petitioner would inform the police authority and the police authority would thereafter take prompt action.

With the aforesaid observation, WPA 30889 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State is kept with the record.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
