A report has been submitted by the learned advocate for the State, which reflects that on the basis of the complaint of the petitioner no.1 Sadaipur P.S. Case No. 209 of 2024 dated 20.10.24 was registered for investigation and on completion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted. Another case being Sadaipur P.S. Case No. 194 of 2024

dated 25.09.2024 was instituted at the behest of the respondent no.5. The report also speaks that the petitioners are staying at a separate place.

Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that because of serious apprehensions, the petitioners are unable to enter their residence. Although, the police authorities submits that they have informed for rendering all possible assistance to the petitioners, the petitioners are reluctant.

Having considered that the police authorities are willing to assist the petitioners in case they intend to enter their residence, I direct that if the petitioners feel insecure, they would inform the Inspector-in-charge/officer-in-charge of Sadaipur Police Station, who would make necessary arrangements in case the petitioners feel insure to enter their

residence. A lady police constable may be engaged to visit the residence on every alternate day who would submit a report in case there are possibilities of serious apprehensions of breach of peace and tranquility.

The police authority would also ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioners and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 522 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record. Let a copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner.
