1. Heard the learned advocates for the parties. 2.
We have considered the materials on record. We have also examined the injury report. Injuries do not appear to be life threatening. Victim was admitted in the hospital for a single day. Keeping in mind these facts we are of the opinion petitioners may be granted anticipatory bail. 3.
Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita and on condition that they shall Signed By :
