Learned advocate for the petitioners submits that petitioners were granted bail on 19th of February, 2025 more than one year has passed.

Report submitted on behalf of the State reflects that there has been compliance with the conditions and there is no adverse report so far as the present petitioners are concerned. In view of the petitioners complying with the conditions for a period of one year, I direct that the conditions so imposed while granting bail on 19.02.2025 are hereby waived. Thus CRAN 1 of 2026 is allowed.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record. All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court.
