1. This application has been filed for relaxation of the condition upon the petitioners, who is the resident of the Binpur Police Station and is unable to go out the jurisdiction pursuant to the direction passed by the learned Bench. The Prosecution has furnished a report, which prima facie shows that the petitioner is complying with all the directions. The petitioner has criminal antecedents and case number of criminalare pending against him. Let the report be kept with the record.

2. Having heard the learned counsel is seen that after considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the order granted by the learned Bench with such stringent condition in the Month of February, 2025. The Prosecution witnesses are yet to be examined.

3. Be that as it may, it considering the other criminal incidents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to waive all the condition imposed upon him. However, the

condition so far as reporting to the I.C. Binpur everyday is hereby relaxed and he is directed to appear once in a month. The other condition shall remain in force.

4. Accordingly, the application being, I.A. No. CRAN 1 of 2025 stands disposed of.
