The petitioner seeks relaxation of the bail conditions directing him not to leave the jurisdiction of South 24 Parganas and to meet the Inspector in Charge /Officer in Charge of the jurisdictional police station once a week until further orders. It appears from the report that the petitioner has complied with the conditions imposed upon him. There is nothing adverse reported against him. This Court is also informed that trial is at its fag end and the investigating officer is being cross-examined. In view of the above, bail conditions imposed upon the petitioner directing him not to leave the jurisdiction of South 24 Parganas and to meet the Inspector in Charge /Officer in Charge of the jurisdictional police station once a week until further orders are waived.

However, other conditions shall continue.

CRAN 1 of 2025 is disposed of.
