1. Service report filed by the State in Court today be kept with the records.

2. The de facto complainant is represented through learned lawyer.

3. We have seen the statement of the victim girl (8 years old) recorded under Section 164 of the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. She prima facie implicated the petitioner.

4. We are further told that February 25, 2025, is the date fixed for examination of the victim girl.

5. In view of the aforesaid and since the victim girl has not yet been examined, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage. The prayer for bail is rejected.

6. The application being CRM (DB) 109 of 2025 is accordingly dismissed.
