Learned senior counsel for the respondent-bank submits that inspection of the documents could not be provided to the petitioners as the documents are in the custody of the auditors. He submits that the bank has requested the auditors to give an inspection to the petitioners.

Copy of the communication made by the bank to the auditors in support of the aforesaid submission is handed over to the Court with a copy to the learned counsel for the petitioners. The same is taken on record.

It will be open for the petitioners to take inspection of the documents. A representative of the bank shall be present at the time of inspection.

The petitioners will be at liberty to approach the auditors with a copy of this order. The auditors

in turn shall be obliged to provide inspection of the documents indicated by the petitioners.

The writ petition stands disposed of.

All parties are to act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
