1. The petitioner says that there was no recovery from him. He has been implicated on the basis of the statement made by a coaccused person. He is in custody for 90 days.

2. The State says that investigation is going on. Chargesheet is yet to be filed. The anticipatory bail prayed for on behalf of the petitioner, was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench.

3. Since investigation is still going on and commercial quantity of contraband item is involved, we are not inclined to consider the petitioner's prayer for bail, at this stage.
