1. The allegations are grave. The relevant sections of Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956, POCSO Act and Indian Penal Code have been invoked. We have seen the statement of one of the victim girls recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. She squarely implicates this petitioner.

2. Learned State advocate says that witness action is in progress.

3. In view of the gravity of the charge and prima facie incriminating material against the petitioner and seeing that Signed By :

trial is in progress, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail at this stage.

4. The application for bail is, thus, dismissed.
