1. By an order dated February 12, 2025, the petitioner was granted interim bail on the touchstone of Article 21 of the Constitution of India.

2. The State files a report which indicates that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions of interim bail.

3. We further see that the trial is yet to conclude.

4. Since the petitioner has been adhering to the conditions of interim bail and there is no adverse report in that regard, we are inclined to confirm the order of interim bail that the petitioner is enjoying on the same terms and conditions on which interim bail was granted and we do so.

5. Accordingly, the application for bail being CRM (DB) 53 of 2025 is disposed of by confirming the interim bail on the same terms and conditions.
