The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious hearing of the Matrimonial Suit No.219 of 2016 pending before the Learned Additional District Judge, 3rd Court, North 24 Parganas at Barasat.

Considering the nature and relief prayed for. Service is dispensed with.

The suit before the Trial Court is pending, Since 2016.

It is further submitted by the petitioner herein, that the petitioner's application for enhancement of maintenance and other related reliefs have not been disposed of and for which the petitioner is being prejudiced.

Considering the said facts, the Civil Revision is disposed of with the direction that the Trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the pending applications prior to taking up the suit and then make all endeavour to dispose of the suit expeditiously, preferably within 2(two) months from the date of this order.

The civil revision stands disposed of.

7.

Applications, if any, connected thereto stand disposed of consequently.

8.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

9.

Photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on priority basis upon compliance of all formalities.
