Petitioner complains that the private respondent no. 5 is obstructing his egress and ingress by encroaching the veranda of the petitioner in such a manner that he is unable to enter his residence. To that effect, petitioner has informed the jurisdictional police station. However, till date no action has been taken by the police authorities.

In view of the communication made to the police authorities, police authorities would keep a strict vigil so that there is no breach of the peace and tranquility at the locale in view of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondent.

So far as the other issues are concerned, petitioner would approach the jurisdictional civil court for reliefs.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 31073 of 2024 is disposed of.
