Learned counsel for the review applicants submits that his clients are not willing to press the application. RVW 165 of 2022 is dismissed as not pressed. All the connected applications being IA No: CAN 1/2023 and IA No: CAN 1/2016(Old No: CAN 3149/2016 (CAN 3149/2016 is not in file) are also dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Mr. Tanmoy Mukherjee, learned counsel for the opposite parties, submits that due to the pendency of the present review application, the direction passed by this Court on December 12, 2019 has not been complied with. The learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the suit in compliance with the said direction and in doing so shall not entertain the prayer of the parties for any adjournment.
