Report submitted by the learned advocate appearing for the State be also kept with the record. The petitioner has approached this Court with a prayer that his complaint dated 13.06.2024 addressed to the Officer-in-Charge, Bhaluka Out Post under Harishchandrapur Police Station has not properly been investigated by the police authorities.

State has submitted a report which reflects that there are two FIRs. The first FIR being Harishchandrapur Police Station Case No.

480/2024 dated 13.06.2024 was registered on the written complaint of one Md. Habibulla. The report also reflects that on the basis of the complaint received from the petitioner, Harishchandrapur Police Station Case No. 481/2024 was registered for investigation. So far as the accusations are

concerned, the police authorities have been investigating the same. The investigating agency has already collected CCTV footages of eight cameras containing whole of the incident and the same have been preserved as evidence as is reflected from the police report.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondent nos. 10 and 11 submits that in view of the specific accusations made against the headmaster who happens to be the present petitioner in respect of government projects which have been allotted to the school specific allegations have been made and the outcome is the counter FIR.

The police authorities are investigating both the cases. The police authorities are directed that if there is any crisis of law and order situation, the police authorities would deploy adequate police force for preventing any individual from taking the law in his own hand. It is further directed that strict vigil be kept to ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place and no untoward incident arises because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 68 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
