1. Report submitted in Court is placed on record.

2. Heard the learned advocates for the parties.

3. We have considered the materials on record including the statement of the victim. From her statement it appears a dispute cropped over a trifling issue i.e. goat entering the de facto complainant's field. Allegation of attempt to rape appears to be an embellishment. Injuries are simple. Under such circumstances, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

4. Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also be subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Signed By :
