Heard learned Advocates for the parties.

Report is placed on record.

We have considered the materials on record. Report indicates a fake website of Public Service Commission of West Bengal was created. In the said website name of the de facto complainant as a successful candidate was published. On the strength of such fictitious records he was induced to make payments to petitioner and others. Fake appointment letter had also been issued.

The aforesaid materials collected during investigation rules out the possibility of involvement of public servant in the crime. Accordingly, investigation may be carried on by an Inspector of police.

However, the said materials are clinching and implicates the petitioner in a cyber fraud.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
