It appears that the instant revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 27th June, 2014 passed by the learned Trial Court. By passing the impugned order a petition filed on behest of the defendant under Order 7 Rule 11(d) was rejected. Against the said impugned order the present revisional application is preferred which is pending since the year 2014.

There is reasonable ground to believe that the petitioner is no longer interested to proceed with this application. Accordingly, the revisional application being CO/3527/2014 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
