Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the representation dated 9th December, 2024 which was made to the police authorities was never considered. The said representation is restricted to the disturbance being inflicted at the behest of the private respondents.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that an enquiry was conducted and the respondent no.4 has narrated fact which has surfaced regarding acceptance of money and not transferring the property and in the alternative giving power of attorney and otherwise dealing with the property.

Be that as it may, this Court is not going to decide regarding the right, title, interest and/or possession of the property concerned. However, the report also reflects that in spite of the petitioner and her husband being contacted for the sake of enquiry on repeated occasions, they could not be traced out. In view of the aforesaid, petitioner would approach the concerned police station who would consider the representation dated 9th December, 2024 in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 174 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
