The petitioner, in the year 2000, was appointed as an Assistant Teacher at Shalboni Primary School, a school under Lalgarah Circle of Jhargram District Primary School Council.

The petitioner, due to long unauthorized absence, has been terminated from his service in the year 2007.

The petitioner is praying that all his admissible service benefits be released.

The petitioner is granted liberty to approach the Chairman of the said Council, the respondent no. 6 herein with an appropriate application for consideration of his such prayer.

The said respondent, on receipt of such application, shall consider and dispose of the same in accordance with law.

WPA 35 of 2025 is disposed with the above terms without any order as to costs.
