1. The Receiver is personally present in Court and has filed an affidavit of compliance. In the affidavit it is stated that he was out of station from 15th December, 2024 to 24th December, 2014 for professional reason for which he could not comply with the order. The explanation offered is not appreciated, however, having regard to the fact that the receiver has handed over the possession to the appellants in terms of our order dated 12th December, 2024.

2. In view of our earlier order, the contemnor no. 1, Anil Agarwal, is personally present in Court.

3. We dispose of this contempt application being CPAN 2062 of 2024 by recording compliance our order dated 12th December, 2024.

4. The personal appearance of the receiver and the contemnor no. 1 is dispensed with.
