1. Inadvertent typographical error had crept into the order dated 09.01.2025.

2. In the seventh line of the sixth paragraph of the order the words 'meet the Investigating Officer once in a week until further orders' shall be read as 'meet the Investigating Officer once in a month until further orders'.

3. Department is directed to incorporate the necessary correction in the order.

4. Other portions of the order shall remain the same.

5. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
