The petitioner seeks restraint on the respondent financial authority to recover its loan. The writ petition is primarily against a private party, namely, respondent no. 4 and cannot be entertained. There is no complaint made, in respect of the alleged possession of the vehicle being taken by the respondent no. 4, with the respondent no. 2 or the respondent no. 3. The question of inaction of such respondents is, thus, not established. The writ petitioner also has an alternative efficacious remedy for the purpose, for which the writ petition has been instituted, to go before the Debts Recovery Tribunal. 3.
In view thereof, the present writ petition is dismissed.

There shall be no order as to costs.
