And In the matter of: Mrs. Brithi Ghosh ...... petitioner With CRM(A) 2987 of 2024 In Re:- An application for anticipatory bail under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973/under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, in connection with Tollygange Police Station Case No. 213 of 2022 dated 08.11.2022 under Sections 120B/420/406 of the Indian Penal Code adding Sections 467/468/471 of the Indian Penal Code.
