1. The petitioner renews his prayer for bail which was rejected twice by this Court. Learned advocate says that there was gross irregularity in the sampling and testing process.

2. Learned State advocate tells us that the Hon'ble Supreme Court rejected the petitioner's prayer for bail on July 15, 2024 in Special Leave to Appeal (Criminal) No.5048 of 2024, by directing the trial Court to conclude the trial Signed By :

expeditiously and as far as possible within the period of one year from that date.

3. Learned advocate for the petitioner says that he was not aware of the order of the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

4. Since the time period indicated by the Hon'ble Supreme Court has not expired, we are not inclined to entertain the petitioner's prayer for bail.

5. The application for bail is, thus, dismissed. 6.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

7. Criminal Section is directed to supply certified copies of this order to the parties, if applied for, upon compliance of all necessary formalities.
