The petitioner has applied for FPS licence in terms of notification dated August 8, 2024 issued by the concerned SCFS. She applied for the vacancy on September 27, 2022, thereafter, one inspection was conducted at the proposed shop cum godown of the petitioner. However, from online he came to know that her candidature was rejected.

She made a representation with the authority (P-6), the authority has not responded. She approached this court. Mr. Sonal Sinha, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the state authority submits that the authority may be directed to consider the representation. Having heard learned counsels, the instant writ petition is disposed of directing the concerned SubDivisional Controller(F&S) to consider the representation of the petitioner (P-6) of the writ petition and disposed of

the same by passing a reasoned order within six weeks from date of receipt of the instant order.

I make it clear that the concerned authority shall give an appropriate opportunity to being her to the petitioner, the decision so arrived at, shall be intimate to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter.

I make it clear that this court has not entered into the merit of this matter. The concerned authority is at leave to dispose of the representation according to law.. As the affidavits are not exchanged, the allegation made in the writ petition shall be deemed to have been not admitted.
