Mr. Uday Narayan Betal, today has produced a bunch of communications, one of which dated February 20, 2024 addressed to the Secretary, Ramkrishna Mission Ashram, Narendrapur, a letter of Ramkrishna Mission Vidyalaya, Narendrapur to the respondent no.3 dated March 30, 2015 and the letter of Mr. Souren Chatterjee, learned advocate-on-record for the Ramkrishna Mission dated February 27, addressed to the petitioner.

These bunch of communications, are taken on record.

Mr. Uday Narayan Betal, learned counsel for the Ramkrishna Mission submits that all these would show

that the petitioner is no more willing to proceed with this writ petition.

In view of the above, this writ petition, WPA 31529 of 2008 stands dismissed as not pressed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
