...for School Authority Learned advocate representing the State respondents has submitted that in terms of the order dated 24th April, 2025 pension payment order dated 9th June, 2025 has been issued by the concerned State respondent and a copy of such pension payment order is filed before this Court which is taken on record.

In view of issuance of pension payment order for release of family pension on 9th June, 2025, it appears that grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. However, it needs to be recorded herein that till date family pension including arrears have not been paid to the petitioner. State authorities are directed to release the same by fortnight from the date of communication of this order.

Hence, writ petition stands disposed of.
